After completing a very interesting and challenging project in Stora Enso, I decided to offer some leadership and change management services via my own company, that I have so far used just for photography, which is my hobby.
The change management as such is something that I’m passionate about and developing processes/people is where I see myself continuously growing for many years to come.

The combination of Bachelor in Finance, Master in Export Management and certification in IT Service Management (ITIL foundation), has helped me to see the bigger picture and take actions that support achieving good results in restructuration and development activities.
